This wine shows Dark Garnet in color. It gives a flavor of Bold Bing cherry and Presidential Plum fruit with hints of black olive, vanilla, market spice tea. I think steak when I feel the black fruit; spicy tea and baker’s chocolate smoothly caress the palate. Nice creamy length. Yep, steak, or the pork chop, or the wild boar lasagna or let your mind wander. Nice wine.

A red for me!

I’ll be the first to admit I’m not a wine aficionado. And I’m not really a red fan (more of a Riesling gal). But I tried this red at the recommendation of Sarah while having Valentine’s dinner at Tagaris. Yay! Finally found a red that I like. Perfect choice with our steak Oscar. TY!
